Catering Assistant - Casual Weekend Hours
Llandudno Snowsports Centre is looking for a new Catering Assistant to join the team! This dynamic role that offers a varied range of responsibilities, including:
-Adaptable schedule covering weekends and holidays (with hours between 8am to 10pm, subject to adjustments)
-Barista coffee crafting with training provided
-Serving a variety of hot and cold beverages
-Providing bar service
-Efficiently managing and processing food orders
-Providing attentive table service
-Engaging in general clearing and tidying duties
While prior experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. We are seeking individuals with enthusiasm, reliability, and exceptional customer service skills. The ability to collaborate within a team and demonstrate self-motivation is essential for success in this role. Applicants must meet a minimum age requirement of 18 years to be eligible for consideration.

Leisure Assistant - Full Time or Casual Hours
Llandudno Snowsports Centre is currently recruiting Leisure Assistants (18yrs +) on a full time and casual basis.
This is a varied role which includes the following responsibilities:
-Reception cover including sales, bookings, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
-Ski technician (issue ski and snowboard equipment)
-Toboggan Operator
-Supervising Sno-Tube sessions
-Some housekeeping cleaning duties, cleaning bins, litter picks, and general maintenance
You will be the face of JNL Llandudno Snowsports Centre! Therefore, the successful applicant must have great customer service skills and be able to deal with our customers everyday needs.
Working in a busy environment you will be proactive and enthusiastic in regards to outdoor tourism. You will enjoy being part of a team and have great communication skills.
All applicants must be available to work evenings and weekend hours as this is often our busiest time. Shift start and finish times will vary to enable us to cover between 8.30am and 10.00pm. Hourly rate will be between £9.18 and £10.62 depending on age.
Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
