Cook / Catering Assistant
We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join are small, professional team. Working in a fun environment you will find the role varied and interesting.
Whilst the main role will be the preparation and cooking of a simple menu there is the opportunity for you to help develop the menu further. In addition, during quiet periods the role will require the successful candidate to be front of house and serving customers, operating the till and other general restaurant and bar duties.

The right candidate will have experience in a similar role and be up to date on all laws and legislation surrounding the sale and consumption of food/drink.
The ideal person will be customer focused, self motivated and a team player. Giving exceptional customer service will be at the forefront of everything you do and you must have excellent communication skills.
The role is extremely varied. You will be managing a team of both contracted and casual staff. It is essential that you have a solid background within the hospitality environment, good business skills and a strong commercial acumen.
