As a Duty Manager, you will solve problems, make decisions, and lead a small team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are consistently met.
We are looking for candidates with supervisory experience in leisure or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and manage a team. Flexibility with working hours is essential.
Prior skiing or snow sports experience is a real advantage and strongly preferred - knowledge of the industry is a definite plus!
This is a casual position, with hours that vary throughout the week - flexibility is key, as you\\\'ll need to be available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on operational needs.

This is a varied role which includes the following responsibilities...
Reception cover including sales, bookings, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone
-Ski technician (issue ski and snowboard equipment)
-Toboggan Operator
-Supervising Sno-Tube sessions
-Some housekeeping cleaning duties, cleaning bins, litter picks, and general maintenance
Be the face of JNL Llandudno Snowsports Centre!
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so outstanding customer service and a friendly, can-do attitude are essential. Pride in delivering a welcoming, positive experience for every customer.
This is a fast paced, exciting role in outdoor tourism, perfect for someone proactive, enthusiastic. You will enjoy being part of a team and have great communication skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential, as these are our busiest times. Shift start and finish times will vary to cover opening hours between 9.00am and 10:00pm.
Hourly rate will be between £10.85 and £12.71 depending on age.
Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
