We’re looking for a dynamic and hands on Operations Manager to join our team at a busy Snowsports centre in Llandudno.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll be the heartbeat of the centre, responsible for ensuring day to day excellence while helping to shape the future of the site.

🛠️What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for driving standards, energy, and consistency across all areas of the operation.

-Managing an exciting catering operation, building strong relationships and developing opportunities for events, functions, and celebrations that create lasting guest experiences

-Elevating the experience across the site, from EHO compliance and stock control through to delivering high-quality events and functions

-Leading from the front as daily manager, ensuring a safe, professional, and high-energy environment for both guests and team

-Empowering the team, leading by example across operational standards, compliance, and quality control while mentoring and developing staff

-Taking ownership of day to day operations, ensuring smooth delivery across catering, guest experience, and facilities

What we’re looking for...

-Proven experience in hospitality, leisure, or operations management

-A confident, hands on leader who leads from the front in busy environments

-Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets and operational performance

-Excellent organisational and problem solving skills

-A natural relationship builder who enjoys developing teams and guest experiences

-Ambition to grow and take ownership within a developing site

As a Duty Manager, you will solve problems, make decisions, and lead a small team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are consistently met.

We are looking for candidates with supervisory experience in leisure or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and manage a team. Flexibility with working hours is essential.

Prior skiing or snow sports experience is a real advantage and strongly preferred - knowledge of the industry is a definite plus!

This is a casual position, with hours that vary throughout the week - flexibility is key, as you\\\'ll need to be available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on operational needs.
